Adventure Development are running some Wellbeing Live Sessions with their Wellbeing Coaches. Anyone can attend, students, whanau etc. There are also some wellbeing e-modules you might find useful so check out the link here:

Live sessions run on Mondays at 4.30pm and Wednesdays at 1pm.

This week’s topic is “Te Whare Tapa Wha”, next week is “let’s connect” and the week of the 30 May is “Confidence: Positive Self-Reflection”.

These livestreams will focus on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Each stream will be about 30 minutes long and aimed at learning and practicing new skills.
