Congratulations to the following students who have made the South Canterbury U15 Basketball team: Renette Van Heerden, Isla Crawford, Orla Motley.
A further three Craighead students have been named as non travelling reserves: Georgia Smith, Zara Bruton and Nicole Teixeira
This weekend the team is heading to Rangiora to compete in the Canterbury Regional championship. The top three teams will then represent the Canterbury region at the National Championships in Auckland in July. This weekend both Georgia and Zara have been called into the team due to player’s availability. Very exciting to have 5 of the 10 players competing all from Craighead. Good luck girls.
