The South Canterbury Drama League and Musical Theatre New Zealand, invite you to our Open Day on Saturday 5th March 10-2pm at the Playhouse.
Our open day is run in conjunction with the MTNZ nationwide Big Theatre Open Weekend which highlights the joy of theatre around the country.
Tours of our rehearsal rooms, workshop, auditorium, sound and lighting hub and backstage will be running throughout the day and includes a tour through our extensive costuming department with over 5000 costumes.
The cast from Thoroughly Modern Millie will be holding a dance rehearsal in our rehearsal rooms. You’ll get a sneak peak of this up coming show and see watch these future stars in action.
Join or renew as member on the day and you could win an awesome prize pack which includes tickets to an up coming show of your choice.
Giant Leaps Speech and Drama will be set up in our lounge if you had an enquiry about being involved in Drama, come and speak to one of their crew.
