Players from the First and Second XI did a quick warm-up, followed by the notorious Beep Test. Afterwards was passing and shooting drills, then a quick game to finish up.
Our First XI is a young team this year, led by a group of experienced seniors. We have seven players from the Junior School, all of which show great promise. Co-captaining the team this year are Mia Burtenshaw and Lucy Coupland.
