On Tuesday the 21st of November, 28 Craighead students competed in the Caroline Bay Relay. Craighead had 7 teams, 3 Years 9 and 10 and 4 Years 7 and 8. Starting at the sound shell, each competitor had to run a set round loop of 1.8km.
Congratulations to all of the competitors, it was great to see you having lots of fun and giving it your all!
The Craighead Year 7 and 8 Stars team finished in first place with a time of 31.21, breaking the Year 7 and 8 course record by 11 seconds which is an outstanding achievement. Great work Charlie Nicol, Lily Crosbie, Juliet Griffin and Lauren Crawford.
A special mention to Keira Shannon who received a 6 year participation badge. She was the only one to receive this badge and is the only one in competition history to have run the race for 6 years!
