The Midland Choir Music Scholarship evening concert and awards was held last Saturday night at the Timaru Savage Club Hall. Craighead Diocesan Year 13 student, Sophie Hogg was one of 9 young performers from different High Schools in the district, each receiving a $500 Midland Choir Music Scholarship. The students were all outstanding and represented their respective schools very well to an appreciative audience.
